Great place to attend whatever is happening at Arena Monterrey. Breakfast was quite good. Room walls were paper-thin. Check in was weird as the lobby is on an upper level but there are no signs indicating to ride the elevator up, that would definitely improve the experience. Overall a good one, anyway.

Poor service at check in, disorganized, not very helpful. Rooms very spartan, no closet, no water bottles or space to put clothes. Location is not very good, heavy traffic in front during events at Monterrey Arena, not easy to get around because of street design. Restaurants are not very close in the neighborhood and kind of unsafe environment at night. Not pleased with choice of hotel.

Las áreas del hotel excelente , alberca limpia buen gimnasio, personal de limpieza habitación requiere poner más atención a limpiar bien , se pidió acondicionador y en los tres días nunca lo hicieron lastima servicio porq el hotel si está muy bonito y tiene un muy buen restaurante externo desayuno incluido muy bien y la atención de esa área excelente
