Arrived to the hotel being under construction, and not disclosed on any website, only a sign on the door. Hallways had huge trash cans sitting in them, were not carpeted and had temporary plywood down and exposed drywall creating a lot of drywall dust. The room appeared clean but had a dirty washcloth hanging over shower bar and an opened dirty cup at the coffee station, soap was opened. We could not enjoy the makeshift breakfast area because of all the drywall dust flying around. The construction workers had started working before 9am using hammers and electric tools. Overall it was a really bad situation and experience Had I known the hotel was under construction, I would have stayed at a different hotel. Respectfully, I should be refunded

Friendly staff & clean rooms. Breakfast is average. Hotel is under renovation right now, but they kept me in a room away from the noise. I do miss the fitness center though & hope it returns after the renovations. That was a big reason I started staying at this hotel, along with its close proximity to the interstate

Parking was easy. Under construction wasn’t informed prior to booking. Our microwave, fridgarator etc did not work. Asked for linen prior to going out and still had to make a trip ourselves to pick up at the front desk.

Friendly staff, breakfast was OK. They had some frozen Jimmy Dean sandwiches to warm up in the microwave which didn’t warm up that well. And the usual pastries, waffle maker. With the price, it was adequate and clean. The bed was comfortable. They were doing some construction, but noise was minimal until mid morning.

Hotel is being remodeled and walls are paper thin. We heard everything from our neighbor upstairs for all hours of the night. The hotel wasn’t busy, and I wish they would’ve staggered the guests better so we couldn’t hear the neighbors. Beds were comfortable but I wish the walls weren’t so thin. Most of the outlets didn’t work, I’m guessing due to the remodel.

Poor breakfast options, food continuously left at room temp and re-refrigerated, yogurt appeared to be expired because it was watery (there was no expiration date on it), juice machine out of order, waffle batter was flavorless, no vending machine or snacks for purchase, hotel had a musty smell, very thin walls, banging from upstairs all night, cleaning crew extremely loud, the noise from the interstate was loud even with a sound machine on, key stopped working, and the tv signal was awful.
