I usually do not leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we entered the room, it did not feel clean or comfortable. The shower was dirty, the walls and baseboards were dirty, and there was visible dust on the windows and nightstand. The mini fridge was especially concerning because it had mold and was clearly not cleaned properly. Some of the closet areas also seemed damaged or broken. There was also trash left outside another room, which made the overall environment feel neglected. Although the hotel is located in a tourist area near the beach, the inside of the property felt very different from what I expected. It did not feel safe or well maintained. What also concerned me was the check-in process. I arrived, gave my name, and was handed a room key without being asked for proper identification or any additional information. That made me feel uneasy about the security of the hotel.

Terrible Property (especially at $350+ for the night)! Room looked absolutely nothing like the photos advertised (We had room 19). Bathroom was moldy, mat outside of shower was a rubber stained mat that I wouldn’t stand with sneakers on let alone barefooted. Sat on the bed and the mattress felt like it was a deflating air mattress. Floor was sticky and room stunk like a dirty mop. Checked out 15 minutes after arriving! Went to another property!

Shower was either scolding or hot with no pressure. Tv didn’t work and had wires hanging all over the place. Parking is insane, no guaranteed parking and cars are literally parked into the property grounds, like into the court yard where it’s meant for people to walk. There is little to no security with drunks staying at the property screaming and partying into the night setting off smoke alarms. There were dirty floor mats hanging everywhere on the stairwells, and the grip tape on stairs is peeled up everywhere but still there causing a tripping hazard. Various trash all over like empty hot sauce bottles and batteries on the stairs. The ac units are impossible to work correctly. Not much good to say about this place except for location, but for $300 night it’s a complete scam.

The room is run down with pain peeling and closet shelves broken. Garbage was overflowing in the courtyard and it was very noisy. There were no attendants that responded to the phone after 10:00 to deal with all the loud music and arguing that was going on at 3:00 am.

IF I CAN GIVE 0 STARS, I WOULD! This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. 1. The staff is so rude. We arrived at 10pm and the guy was playing a game on his phone ignoring us. 2. The parking is non-existent. I had to pay 30$ for a parking 10 minutes away because at the hotel it’s first come first serve. When I asked the guy at the front desk he told me “I don’t know, just drive around and find something” 3. There is mold all over the walls in the room and bugs flying around. Disgusting. 4. Where my room was located was where the toilet pipes flush. I heard people flushing all night I couldn’t sleep. 5. Our toilet wouldn’t flush. The urine would come back up. I had to ask for a full refund and left after less than 12 hours because of how nasty this place is. I had to rent a place somewhere else because I simply could not stay in those inhumane conditions.
