I would not stay at this hotel again, even if someone paid me for it. The location is great – right on the oceanfront, with a beautiful ocean and warm water. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Everything else is very disappointing. The worst part is the service in the restaurant. The staff treats customers very poorly, as if they are doing you a favor just by serving you. Don’t expect even a simple smile. After a very annoyed waitress brought me half a cup of coffee and did it with obvious attitude, I left only a $1 tip. In response, she verbally attacked me. Since then, we eat somewhere else and only come back to the hotel to sleep. Tomorrow morning we are leaving and moving to another place. The Wi-Fi also barely works. The room isn’t great either, but I’m not very demanding in that regard—you get what you pay for.

This hotel was perfect! We flew to Puerto Rico for the Bad Bunny concert. The hotel was cute, it had a Moroccan vibe to it! Comfy bed, good water pressure in the shower. We liked the small kitchenette… perfect!!! Marlene was sweet and helpful. Great location with lots of eating options. Ocean park beach within walking distance.

This may be true for the entire Island, but the staff were amazing- Sweet, accomodating, and ready with recommendations. The hotel doesn't have much in terms of amenities but if you are ok with a "beach-bum" vibe; this place is amazing. It is literally on the beach!
