This hotel is perfect for a Mexico City trip. The neighborhood is a fantastic area for walking and has exceptionally good food and secondhand stores. The staff at the hotel are all wonderful. It’s not the cheapest place you’re going to find, but it’s by far not the most expensive either. The gym does the job. The only thing I would suggest is to try to get a room away from the road if possible, if you’re super light sleeper like I am, but the noise didn’t last for that long on the weekends. It really wasn’t that bad. Unequivocally I would stay there again.

Location was great for walking- lots of restaurants nearby. The staff was wonderful. From the moment we stepped onto the property everyone was very attentive and helpful, especially in the dining area. We bought a bag of popcorn from the lobby store to pop and the staff did it for us and gave us a bowl to put it in. So nice. The rooms were nice. We had two rooms on the 3rd floor, one facing the street and the other facing the back. The street view was much nicer, and both had a bit of noise from outside. The only real awkward moment for us was after we had the front desk arrange transportation for us to the airport. We were told it would be 400 pesos for 4 people being dropped off at two different terminals. We verified price again with the staff when the driver came. When I went to pay the driver though at the airport, he said I owed him $500 pesos. I don’t have anymore pesos so had to awkwardly just walk away. That was disappointing. Otherwise the hotel was great. I’d just take Uber next time.
