The stairwell to the rooms could use a good carpet cleaning but the room itself was mostly clean. The shower was impeccable. The undermount sink could use attention under the rim, though. That being said, the beds were comfortable (even the sofabed), the floors were clean, and we had a great night's rest along our journey!

Transient Fees??

The dining room staff was amazing! We would have used the dining room our second night... However, we had some strange charges added to our bill that showed up only on the TV in our room apparently. Two different charges for transient fees that were quite substantial. We inquired about it twice with the front desk once the first night, second time upon check out. No one had an answer for us, and it didn't show up any where on our actual bill that I could see, or the person checking us out?? Quite disturbing.

It's more like an upgraded motel than a true hotel. The pillows had an unpleasant smell, and room service isn’t provided unless you stay more than three days otherwise, you have to specifically request it, even for basic items like trash bags and towels.
