The room was nice. Of course, it's a little dated but for the money, it was a place to sleep at a good rate. We were in 201 and the entry door to the hall was right next to our room so that when other guests arrived, that entry door made a lot of racket. Try to get a higher room number.

The location was decent with easy access to area highways, but the property is simply run down. The online photos depict the front lobby, we're seemingly all of the money for upkeep is spent. Signs of water damage could be seen on the paint in the halls, the toilet was crooked and the room, peeling paint in certain locations, and they were several areas full of trash and cigarette butts. Luckily the staff was super friendly and courteous from both concierge to housekeeping.

Don't stay here! Photos are misleading. It's a few motels connected together by little bridges rather than a hotel. Staff was rude, key card didn't work, property needed repairs, cleaning and remodeling, mattress was worn out and we kept rolling to the middle, blackout curtains didn't go to the end of the window and light poured in all night, it was very loud every time the neighbors used the water, and there was a super loud door that was opening and closing all night.

Tub didn’t drain, charging outlet on bedside lamp didn’t work, AC came on for literally 5 seconds at a time. Our room was close to the outside entrance, and that door was so loud that we couldn’t sleep. We gave up and drove home at 1:30 am.

This place is very run down, in need of repair and a new coat of paint. Not worth the price of the room. I was on the first floor and one night water started to pour in the room from the upper levels. The flooring was warped and coming up. (Damaged probably from repeatedly being flooded). I put a garbage can under the leak and called the front desk. They would not give me a refund (because I booked online). I was put into a new room a few doors down and the new room didn’t have a working refrigerator and the floor was the same— warped, coming up and in need of replacement. Needless to say, we will never be staying in this hotel again.

Room was in decent conditions, but all rooms smell of marihuana. Homeless people sleep in parking lots. Workers at front desk ask for tips all the time. It’s ok to sleep for the night but not a good place to take your family.
