Habitaciones limpias y amplias, la hacienda es preciosa y ofrece actividades incluidas para divertirse, el personal es amable y el recorrido histórico es imperdible, realmente es muy bueno y se los recomiendo, al lado hay un parque recreativo con muchas actividades.

Es un hotel muy bonito y cómodo, a la alberca le falta mantenimiento, siento que ese espacio se podría aprovechar mejor, la experiencia del vino está excelente (no dejen de hacerla)

Hotel con falta de mantenimiento en alberca, restaurante, cuartos. Tarifa muy cara para lo que ofrece, la habitación y cama limpia pero descuidado el mobiliario, la TV muy mal si señal, no hay secadora de pelo en cuartos. El lago invadido de algas y lirio. Lo unico bueno es la hacienda en medio de la naturaleza.

Se comportaron groseros con una perdona q iba a poner globos en unas mesas y dijeron q ni habiamos pedido permiso pero yo marque toda la semana y jamás contestaron (no te reciben la llamada). Los trabajadores se comieron el pastel y los cupcakes de la fiesta sin permiso. Las habitaciones viejas y sucias, con arañas y una chinche en las sábanas. No explican donde se toma el desayuno y no hacen ningún esfuerzo por explicarte actividades. Nosotros solo aguantamos porq había una sesión de fotos de la familia en sus alredededores pero jamás regreso ahí.
