RUN! This is a joke. The place looks abandoned, no guest, NO maintenance upkeep. The room had rusted lamps with no shade, hole in door, security latch missing, walls finger prints, towel rack falling out of wall, toilet paper holder rusted, stained chair, frig ice block frozen over. The black pool! LORD!! NEVER! The only thing nice here was the lady at check in. The money was non refundable and I just drove over 600 miles, I had no other options at this point.

I stayed just one night so it was ok. I don’t remember ever staying at any motel that didn’t have facial tissue or even sugar or creamer for the coffee. There was only one bath towel and only a partial roll of tioilet paper. Very minimalistic but clean enough and the desk clerk was friendly.

Filthy walls Bedding looked dirty especially the pillows. No toilet paper no tissues. Towels that were given were mostly the tub floor towels. Carpet filthy. Family in another room saw roaches and their tv didn’t work. No coffee in breakfast room and I mean none. Just downright disgusting for us all

The staff at this property seem to be trying to do the best they can, but the property is falling apart. Our hot water in our room didn’t work so they moved us to another room. There was a used bar of soap in the shower with pubes on it in the replacement room. There were no towels, and there were used cups and food wrappers in the room. I will never stay in this hotel again. It’s a shame because several years ago it was best Western and in good shape.

Sad in Collins

The place was older and smelled of old smoke even though all rooms had no smoking. There were flies and the toilet needed a good scrub. No ice on second floor and snack machines were inoperable.

Charged for the room even though I prepaid with hotels. They came to the room an hour later with a refund receipt after clearing it up with Hotels. I should have booked with the hotel directly and saved money after seeing what they would have charged. Breakfast was just cereal this day.

The room was nasty and even had blood stains on the covers. When I told them they went to move us to a different room. The cleaning lady said she would freshen it up before we went in. After 30 min we went in and it was dirty too. She mopped the bathroom but did not vacuum the Cheetos up off the carpet. Very bad experience.
