This is the best Hampton I have stayed at. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great as well. It was hard for me to leave, but I will definitely choose this hotel the next time I come to Williamsburg.

This Hampton was not up to the facility standards as other Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at. The facility itself needs renovating. Carpeting is dirty and worn. The staff was professional and cordial. Kudos to the breakfast staff who were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, well organized and clean. Overall a good stay but the facility itself needs a facelift.

Bed was hard and lumpy, pillows hardly had and stuffing. mattress and pillows felt very cheap. Walls were dirty. Ring around bathtub. Matters cover old , tattered, and off putting. Lobby smelled very musty . TV old, still has a card with the like 20 channels available on it. Good that it was dog friendly, would look for other accommodations next time.
