The room was very clean. Double room, quite spacious. Handy place for a late night stopover. Disappointed that hotels.com don't make it clear that there is a £5 charge for parking. As it's located in the services, pretty much everyone will have to pay. Apparently no charge if booking direct with the hotel.

The bathroom lacked a hair dryer, and the exhaust fan was excessively loud. Additionally, the heater produced a loud noise every five minutes throughout the night. Very quiet room considering we were near the m40 Nice friendly staff, attentive, responded promptly to email regarding the lateness of our arrival. Although we had been dropped off and didnt have our car with us, was surprised that we would have been expected to pay for parking. Also the bedroom window wouldnt close after we had opened it in the morning.
