It has an excellent location with beautiful views. The room is very spacious. The dinner buffet is regular and not very varied. We had a problem in the bathroom with a water leak from the toilet so the floor was always wet. and when you turn on the key of the water it comes out spilling out abruptly, so always getting you wet. That was the only problem. Maybe the rooms need a little maintenance.

Sertil Royal is a good hotel. We enjoyed our stay. We only stayed for one night but enjoyed the view of Oludeniz and the pool was lovely. It was quiet and clean. We did have to switch rooms because the toilet was broken when we got the room. But they were very accommodating and quick to put us in another room. We also got to the hotel 3 hours early and they allowed us to check in early which was very kind of them. Breakfast was good with quite a lot of variety to chose from.

Straight out of a horror movie. We were told we were “upgraded” to a walk-out pool room, but to even get to the room we had to go down two separate elevators, through multiple long hallways, a restaurant, three staircases, and puddles of smelly fish water on the ground. When we finally opened the door, the room was covered in mold — the walls were literally black with it. It was so bad I wouldn’t put an animal in that room. When we refused to stay there, the only “alternative” they offered was a room that looked like a used workers’ quarters: a pull-out bed on the floor and a large hole in the door next to the handle covered with a measly thin layer of tape, making it unsafe and easily opened from the outside. Completely unacceptable. We left the hotel exhausted, hungry, and still salty from the beach, forced to search late at night for another hotel. To make matters worse, this was the day after my fiancée and I got engaged - instead of celebrating, we were dealing with this nightmare. The management was unprofessional and the office smelled of cigarettes and had alcohol bottles lying around. They promised a refund, but have yet to process it through Hotels.com. This hotel is unethical, unsafe, and unsanitary and is not in compliance with basic health and safety standards. You are better off sleeping outside than at this hotel. Do not book here.

Odamız oldukça genişti ve jakuziliydi. Balkonda güneşlenmek mümkün, ayrıca sonsuzluk havuzunda da keyifli vakit geçirilebiliyor. Otelden çıkmadan da rahatça tatil yapılabilecek imkanlar sunuyor. Fiyat performans açısından oldukça başarılıydı. Elbette birkaç eksik vardı Wi-Fi bazı yerlerde iyi çekmiyordu ve bazı odalarda karınca problemi vardı. Ancak fiyatına göre genel deneyim oldukça tatmin ediciydi. Aile tatili için uygun bir otel. Ben ikinci kez geldim ve tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyorum. 2 gün konakladık. Otelin manzarası gerçekten çok güzeldi, bu açıdan memnun kaldık. Ancak hizmet ve detaylar konusunda eksikler vardı. Odada şampuan küçük boydu, talep edince büyüğünü getirdiler. “Kozmetik ürünler var” denmesine rağmen jakuziye ait ürünler son gün verildi. Jakuzi ise maalesef akıtıyordu. İkinci gün bizi arayıp alt kata su geçtiğini söylediler, kullanmamamız gerektiği gibi bir durum oluştu. Oysa özellikle jakuzi için daha yüksek fiyat ödemiştik, bu açıdan hayal kırıklığı oldu. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli değildi. Minibarın ücretsiz olduğu söylendi ama içinde sadece su vardı ve su konusunda da kısıtlı yardımcı olundu. Genel olarak manzara güzel olsa da, hizmet ve detaylarda daha özenli olunması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
