We are in a wheel-chair accessible disability room, because I just had major knee surgery. We like this hotel very much (we stay here when I come down to see my surgeon at Memorial Hermann Orthopedics), but I have one comment: the bed is much too low for an adult with a severe knee disability. Normally, beds are somewhat higher than normal in disability suites, because a low bed puts hugh pressure on one's "good knee" when getting up and down. This bed would be just right for a disabled child, but too low for an adult (and I am not particularly tall...5 ft. 4").
An excellent hotel, clean, great breakfast, super-friendly staff, very reasonable price...the bed just needs to be about 5 or 6 inches higher for an adult with a severe knee disability.
