Awesome place to stay!

Our first stay at this hotel brand, but everything surpassed our expectations. Sheets were soft, room was very clean, we didn't have any issues whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again.

I wasn’t able to get a single bed room other than a suite and so I paid a little bit extra for the room, but it was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and I was not disappointed. I did not have any trouble, The area was quiet.

This Hotel worked well for our needs, except for the fact that it does NOT have a POOL, as the Hotels.com website indicates. Had I known that, I would have booked a different hotel. Sharee at the front desk was amazing! She did everything she could to make our stay a pleasant one.

No Elevator. No Wifi. Tv didnt work. No mini fridge, no microwave, no pool, no gym. Spent 45 minutes trying to call front desk about tv. No one ever answered. Went don the freaking stairs again no one at the desk and people waiting lobby to check in, have no idea when they finally got checked in. Will NEVER EVER book with hotels.com again.

I had to change rooms at check in because they put me in a room without refrigerator or microwave. There was no internet. When I went to desk the gentleman that was 11 to 7 shift on 5-14 was on his phone and was sitting in his office and refused to get up. I brought my laptop to front desk and he rold me internet was full and ghats why I couldn't get on. I took a shower abd then realized i did not have a blow dryer. I went to desk where there was a new person at desk who said they had no blow dryers. So withbwet hair i had tobdrive to Walmart and buy one. Terrible!!!

Basic, functional, nice price but with rough edges

The building had maintenance issues that were noticed as we arrived. The common areas are well maintained.But when we got to the room the carpet had some issues and and I was a bit uneasy. The rooms need some updating, but as a whole.It was a very comfortable bed. I typically do not sleep well in hotels but did wonderfully in the beds provided. The bathrooms were cleand and well maintained. The room did exactly what I needed it to do at a reasonable price. I needed a place to comfortably sleep and to shower while I was out enjoying the area and that at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and personable. I would stay here again.

The property from the outside looks nice, but the carpets inside are matted and dirty. The room had poorly washed towels, and the carpet in our room looked just like the main building carpet. The toilet was LOUD when flushed. Would have been fine if it was just loud for a moment, nope 20 seconds to fill. The staff was on the phone when we came to check in. We didn't even get so much as a hello.

This was our second time staying at this property in two months. It provides the minimum requirements for a night's sleep at a decent price. The sign and parking lot were not lit up after dark, causing an unsafe feeling. The hotel needs updates/renovations, but the items are 'simple'. Our shower curtain was extremely tattered. This sort of thing should be replaced immediately. The carpet needs to be replaced or restretched. Linens were not dirty, but definitely stained.
