Great for the price! Nice town.

It's a nice little town. We stayed there one night and enjoyed the town. It is a very old building, and the beds are not very comfortable. However, it is quiet and very clean. It is cheaper than the Hotels near the ski resorts that are ripping off everyone.

Delaware Hotel on Valentines' Day

I enjoyed staying at the Delaware. Leadville removes the 1-70 traffic and makes it an easy drive to Ski Cooper or Copper Mountain. The Delaware is a wonderful historic building. They provide coffee in the morning and have a lovely restaurant and bar. The accommodations are comfortable. The place was kept warm. Parking is nearby but not at the hotel unless you are lucky to get off the street in front.

Rae at the front desk was kind and courteous. The room was just fine. Nothing special. Bed was very comfortable. The bar downstairs was great. Breakfast was good. I’d stay here again. It’s walking distance to anything downtown. Good place to stay if going to ski cooper.

Love everything about it except the steps but it wouldn’t be right to have a elevator it would take away from the age authenticity. Bed was super comfy and staff was so helpful. Very clean, food in downstairs restaurant was very unique and good.

This is a very quaint, quiet, clean hotel right in downtown Leadville. You can walk on Main Street, grab dinner/lunch/breakfast, shop, rent bikes and not have to drive. I truly enjoyed my stay. They had a fan, a sound machine and hairdryer… the essentials! The front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again.

This is my second time staying at the The Delaware Hotel in Leadville. I was in town to run the Leadville Heavy Half Marathon. Great staff!!! The restaurant has the BEST FOOD in town. Lookng forward to returning next year!

Expedia advertises free breakfast and that is not offered! Staff doesn’t understand why Expedia continues to show this!! The bathroom door knob was not working properly and I had a hard time getting out of there!! I also killed a larger ugly spider on the bathroom wall! The bed was also pretty soft and I didn’t sleep well! The staff is awesome but the room wasn’t worth over $200!
