The beach view was great right on the beach. The pool was clean. However, The door to the room would not close unless the whole door was lifted. The fridge was turned off when we got there and took a while to cool down. The toilet made a constant noise. The room smelled like weed that had been attempted to be masked. The mattress was on the harder side.

The phone in our room did not work; the balcony furniture was dirty; the bathroom door did not close; the mattress on the king bed was terrible and the bed squeaked/creaked every time we moved around on it; there was trash under he bed; and the door from the parking deck to the elevator on the 3rd floor is broken, so we could not get in the door and had to walk down the parking deck (this was not safe) to the 2nd floor to get into the elevator. We stayed at this property because it was less expensive than other properties - now we know why. I did not report any of this to the staff because they were not very helpful. My sister also had a room at this hotel. She had a bottle break in her room and needed someone to clean it up. She could not call the desk because the phone did not work. When she went down, they handed her towels (after waiting 10 minutes from the desk staff to get back to teh desk) and said they had no one to clean it up, so they would have to clean it up themselves. Customer service - there was none. My son lives in VA Beach, so we stay there often. We will definitely be crossing this place off our list.

I have a six year old and four year old and they had a blast at the hotel. It was only my attention to detail that made the stay average. We stayed at the hotel for two nights and I’m not sure what the expectation is for room maintenance. I thought we would at least have fresh towels and our beds maid. All there were never any towels in the pool area.

Staff was very friendly. When we checked in the AC unit was not in working condition. The plastic cover was off of it and laying on the floor. I reported the issue right away and was told they'd look into repairing it the next day. No one ever came to look at it. The TV didn't have a remote or buttons on the TV to work it. Not a big deal as we don't watch a lot of TV, but was annoying on top of the AC issue. We ended up leaving Sunday instead of staying another night bc I decided I'd rather drive 10 hours and get home late than sleep another night there.

This hotel was completely unacceptable. We checked in and then left. Didn’t even care that the money was not refundable. The toilet and tub continually leaked. The toilet would even flush half the time. There were holes in the wall that hadn’t been painted. Outside the room completely smelled like pot.

The property is very much run down. The staff is great, but you'll find a lot of things are need repair, or just old. In our room, the light fixture in the bathroom and the door to the patio were both broken. It's reasonably clean but you'll still find dirt and grim in places. If you just need a place to sleep it's ok, but you won't want to spend much time in the hotel.

There was a beautiful view of the ocean. The rooms are average, but the customer service was fantastic from both attendants as we check in for the evening. The clerks were friendly, polite, and courteous. I would like to extend a special thanks to Marcus for his assistance with a lost item.

First off I requested on Tuesday when I booked the rooms that we have the same floor with the other room, I got to the hotel today and checked in and one room was on the 10th floor and the other was on the 5th floor and I had it in the notes for the same floor a few rooms down , then there were roaches crawling in the room and our things and we took it to the front desk and nothig was done about it. I am not happy and want something done about this.
