Lovely established hotel, I stayed only one night en route further north. Dinner and breakfast were of a high standard, and the staff were all very professional, helpful and charming. Room large and well-equipped.

First room that was offered was a single room with a king size bed in, second marginally better. For the £140 nights stay, without breakfast was very expensive for the quality of hotel and room. Have stay before and the room we had then was much better, so the pic of the draw if it’s fully booked. Also a nespreso machine in the room and no pods???
