Loved the breakfast and the 24 hour coffee access in the lobby. We easily found parking which is great when you have a rental. The hotel also has a restaurant that is open in the evenings in case you don't want to eat out. Great option.

The hotel is located near the end of the tram line and is then easy to get into the town centre. A supermarket, with excellent bakery is close by, so sandwiches, cakes are available early am onwards. Hotel staff are friendly and room was clean, comfortable and airconditioned. Would highly recommend

I stayed in this hotel two times in one trip, everything was great, especially the breakfast and the complimentary coffee from the coffee machine round-the-clock. BUT! Make sure they send you the code from the box with the keys to the e-mail. I stayed in the hotel for two times and the first time they didn’t send me the code. The reception was not working in the evening and the phone didn’t respond. I found the alternative phone number of the hotel chain and finally got the code, but it was a quest. +49 821 80770 this is right number of the hotel. Anyway, my stay was good. They hotel has a perfect quality-price rate as for the region.

It is very nice hotel; clean, quiet, big rooms. Receptionists were especially helpful; although there was no kettle in the room they gave us one from the kitchen. there is a water station available at the entrance. Only minor issue was that it is not very convenient to reach the city center; walking 12-13 minutes to tram station and then tram rides take another 20-25 minutes.

The quadruple suite in the loft was spacious and even included a foosball table. We asked for a ball from the helpful front desk staff. My family enjoyed the views on the balcony and the unique artwork and furnishings. There was a "sleep lab" on our floor with different pillow options to select to be more like home which we enjoyed. In the fitness room within the basement was a massage chair which I enjoyed after a walk in the natural path across the street. We found a local biergarten, Michels, within a block walk that served delicious food and bier. The hotel within a residential location may not be ideal for some travelers who prefer to be in the city center, but the hotel appeared well-connected to local transportation routes and included free parking. The included breakfast was great.

There was no front desk service when we arrived. A fellow guest tried to help out by advising us to check our e-mails for check-in instructions and a pin code to access our room key in the safe. We however did not receive any check-in instructions via e-mail or the expedia app and had to phone a number to get the pin code. Rooms are basic in line with the facilities expected of a budget hotel. Aur conditioner was very noisy and the shower was small and quite slippery.

The accommodation booked was for a 3,5 star hotel. At best this hotel was a budget hotel of 2 to 2.5 star. Staff went home from 6pm, with no assistance until the next shift the next day. The beds were thrown together low and of a poor standard. The bathroom shower did not work correctly and had no washing soap for our first night. The Wifi was non existent although advertised at 25+mbs In general the the accommodation is what you would expect for a 2 star hostel. I am unsure who gives the star ratings but usually they are based on the rooms and facilities

El hotel está super alejado del centro de la ciudad, en un barrio con ningún atractivo. Por fuera no parece ni un hotel. El personal de recepción muy amable, no así las personas que reponían el desayuno o las señoras de la limpieza, hablando a voces a las 7 de la mañana. Desayuno pobre en opciones. En general muy viejo todo, el espejo del baño estaba hasta corroído. Debo decir sin embargo que las camas eran súper cómodas y que dormimos genial. No repetiría.

Wir waren nur zwei Nächte da. Leider sind wir erst Abends um 20: 00 Uhr angekommen da wir unterwegs eine Panne hatten aber wir sind ohne Probleme ins Haus gekommen obwohl die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt war. Sehr freundliches Personal. Preisleistungsverhältnis vollkomen in Ordnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
