Hotel and room were nice and clean. Staff was exceptional. However, it’s worth noting classic rooms face a very busy main road and you can hear faint traffic noise in the room, making the balcony unusable unless you don’t mind the traffic. We also tried to emailed the hotel about parking 4 times beforehand but they did not response to any of the emails. Luckily it turned out there’s free parking on all the streets near the hotel.

Great resort style hotel in a good location

My friend and I were very pleased with hotel itself, its location (walking distance to the beach and a slightly longer walk to the restaurants / downtown) and amenities. Breakfast was excellent with so many fresh yummy options that we were full till early dinner. Staff was super polite and really helpful.

Disgusting! ANTS everywhere in our room couldn’t shift them everyday there was more! Maid didn’t clean sheets the whole week! Or clean the floor our feet was continuously dirty from the floor! Food - all breakfast eggs were watery could make you ill! lukewarm bacon sausages more! Staff - Rude

Great hotel and great staff.

Hotel very clean, super helpful and friendly staff. Location is good, 10 mins walk from beach and 15 mins to marina. Food was excellent, we ate both breakfast and lunches from pool bar. Nice atmosphere and music too.

Loved it here,we stayed in a studio suite with pool view and the room was fantastic.The hotel as a great atmosphere and the staff were helpful and friendly the bar prices are also reasonable compared to other bars in the area. We stayed half board and and there was a great selection of food for both breakfast and dinner and of was good quality,During the day we lounged by the pool listening to DJ’s and the occasional live act while enjoying a cocktail.We’ll definitely be returning sometime in the near future..

The hotel is beautiful, modern and chic. Food was amazing, rooms are super nice and well equipped. Everyone in their staff were fantastic and helpful. The bell boy Guillermo and the staff at the reception went above and beyond and were super friendly and helpful with all our needs. The cleaning lady assigned to our rooms was always cheerful and was always very attentive to all our needs. Definitely recommend staying here.

Food from the restaurant cannot be recommended and the service was not very good. To be fair the sort of guest are the reason for the staff being tired and rude, look like a episode Paridise hotel ... Dont go there if you are in Marbella for business and need to sleep

The good -friendly straff -good gym for a Hotel -not far from the Beach -mini supermarked just outside The bad -the hotel stinka perfume. If you have allergien you can’t stay here. Every corner stinks The ugle -constant rock musikk in everywhere. There Are no place you can rest, take a phone call of have an propper conversarion. They have 2 pools where you hear constant screms. -the aircondition has the highest noise I have ever heard. You have to sleep with AirPods or turn of the ac. -the door leaks light so you have no Chance of sleeping without a egenskap of you Are sensitiv for light. I am not sure why They cant taper down the sent at the Hotel and have sole areal with the loud Music. I understand the conept but its to much.

Great Hotel

Lovely stay at the Hard Rock. I needed a last minute hotel and this was perfect. Very clean and spacious hotel. Room was a good size with comfortable bedding. Spacious shower. Front desk staff were exceptional. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options!
