Hotel de poucos quartos, em cima de um restaurante cuja porta fica aberta, fazendo com que os apartamentos fiquem com um odor terrível de fritura. Não tem recepção. O chuveiro é horrível (no primeiro dia não funcionou). Algumas toalhas estavam rasgadas. Não tem café da manhã. O pior de tudo foi que na hora em que chegamos, a funcionária do tal restaurante estava almoçando na entrada do hotel, em uma vasilha plástica… Que impressão horrível tivemos logo na chegada. O único ponto bom foi a limpeza. A única funcionária do hotel, que também realiza a limpeza, pareceu diligente e educada. O ponto é OK. Mas eu não recomendo.

This was a pretty nice hotel. The room was clean, the staff was nice and attentive. This is a great location within walking distance of Getsemaní and Centro area with the market near the clock tower. There is a bar connected and a great restaurant across the street that serves coffee and sandwiches etc. My only issue was the noise. The room doors are not solid nor flush to the frames. It was like a build out inside your home rather than what you’d expect from a hotel. I mean you could hear EVERYTHING. Guests were hanging out in the hallway, super noisy although very nice and they didn’t seem bothered to move or quiet down when they saw us go into our room. Just kept right on, so always keep cultural differences in mind when traveling. Aside from that, I have no real complaints and would honestly stay here again. I didn’t go on this vacation in the heart of the city to be quiet. It was truly a blast.

O chuveiro é fraco e a Internet muito instável, mas parece uma condição de todos os casarões do Centro que se tornam hotéis. O processo de bombeamento de água é ruim e as paredes largas dificultam o sinal de wifi. Tive uma reunião e acabei fazendo pelo celular. No mais há barulho durante toda a noite, inclusive o som alto do bar do hotel, mas para mim não foi um problema. No mais é uma hospedagem elegante e confortável. Ah, sento falta de uma mesa e cadeira no quarto.

Clean room and great location, but the hotel has major drawbacks. It sits directly above a club, so there’s loud music around the clock and karaoke late into the night. The walls are thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. The shower had very poor pressure and inconsistent water flow. Overall, not a place to get restful stay!

Excellent AC, large rooms, comfortable bed. Mini-fridge is a bonus. Properly was very quiet and I loved the keyless entry. Only issue is I didn't know it was keyless & I didn't hear from the property about it. It was no problem once I got there but made me contact them. Go to the connected bar if you need anything. Location is great if that's the area you want to stay in. Walkable & safe.

The group I was with used 3 rooms and the apartment. Although the rooms were fairly clean, the sound from the adjacent room was like they were in the same room. The apartment had what appeared like mold or mildew and it smelled as such. Likely to do with the high humidity and low ventilation. The apartment door is glass and had a wooden door that is very hard to move. Lots of positives but the downs was a no go for the overall group.

The location is great and safe in the heart of Cartagena old city center. The cleanliness was great. The mattress is comfortable. However, the customer service during check in, check out and the entire stay was a disaster. You feel like you did not pay for your room and you are not welcome. The shower is cold and the water pressure is very low. The room does not have a window you can open and close. I won’t return back to this hotel and I won’t not recommend to visitors who care about a good customer service. Forgot something, keep in mind they will knock at your door at 11AM to push you to check out. Even with this poor customer service, they could not spoil my travel experience. Cartagena is wonderful and worth visiting.
