My husband and I were here a few months ago and were pleasantly surprised. Not a five star but everyone was helpful and kind, rooms were clean and cozy. I brought my sister this time and embarrassed is an understatement. No hot water, chipped paint and broken closet. The noise was unbearable. Needless to say, unfortunately we won’t be back.

Great stay at El Naranjo.

The hotel is in a great area and very accessible. The hotel is very new and well Kept. The rooms are large with a large bathroom and walk-in shower. We used it for some pre-wedding preparations and pictures. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. The comfort and modern style of the room is a great value for the price.

Very nice place in the center of Higuey, just one block away from basilica la Altagracia. Very clean all over. Bed very comfortable and ac worked fantastically. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Totally recommend id you just need to be inside town. There's also garage with 24 hours security.

From pre booking to arrival check in and checkout Esther and Maria were very helpful in assisting in a pleasant and professional way. I was very grateful for the airport transportation assistance arrangement done by Esther which was done accurately and safely.
