Lovely hotel located right across from the Hanzomon Station. Walking distance to the imperial Palace but unfortunately the entrance is on the opposite side from where hotel is located so that wasn’t helpful lol. Rooms are small with the bed pushed against the wall, but bathroom was a good size with a deep full size bath tub. Unfortunately the hotel had no where for guests to spend any time other than in their own rooms. The restaurant was for the breakfast buffet only and it couldn’t be used for anything else. They offered to let me have a coffee but was told I had to take it back up to my room to drink it as you’re not allowed to be in the restaurant and couldn’t have it on one of the two little sofas around the corner from the reception. The hotel itself was lovely though 😊

The hotel was in a perfect location, just across a road from the Hanzomon subway station - which is well connected and only a few shows from the Shibuya area and near the Imperial Palace. The hotel rooms are much smaller than western hotel rooms, but nevertheless we felt they were big enough - the bed was against one wall which meant that you had to climb into the bed, rather than get in from the side, but not too much of inconvenience. The bathroom was pretty standard with a bath/shower combination, toilet and wash hand basin. We booked two rooms in this hotel and the hotel more than facilitated my request to have the rooms on the same floor - they were beside each other. The rooms were cleaned and tidied everyday. Also on the day that we arrived, the hotel kept our bags (as we were too early to check in) and on the day that we left they also kept our bags so that we could continue to explore Tokyo before we went to get the bullet train. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but found a coffee shop nearby. We found a reasonable choice of restaurants nearby - say within 1km - all walkable. In summary we had a great time at the hotel, it is very comfortable and in a great location.

The hotel was clean and in a convenient location, with great in-room facilities. The staff were extremely kind, professional and helpful. We left behind an item and they went above and beyond to help get it back to us during our travels, including looking into various delivery and pick-up options on our behalf. We were so impressed and grateful for the excellent service!

we were four in our group and so they added two beds to a room that already had two beds in it. it therefore became literally wall to wall beds with one bed pushed up in front of the night stand that would usually go in between the beds. there was only one small closet, no dresser and no room for our suitcases which we had to put under the beds. I do not recommend this hotel if you are a group of 4 in one room.

Right across the street to the Hanzomon subway station that has an elevator to the gate. We stayed here two separate times in our visit to Japan and asked to leave 3 large luggage for the second stay when we checked out from the first one. And they executed that request perfectly - by the time we got back from Kyoto a few days later and checked in for the second time, our luggage was delivered to our room.
