While most of your staff were courteous and helpful, I regret to mention that the service provided by one female officer during check-in did not meet expectations. However, other team members ensured a pleasant experience, and I was satisfied with the food, room service, and overall facilities.
Unfortunately, my security deposit has not yet been refunded to my account. I kindly request you to process the refund at your earliest convenience and confirm once it has been completed.
