Host made it known they were there anytime for questions, the check in instructions made the process very easy - providing directions up to the room and everything, kitchen had everything needed for us too cook a nice pre-competition meal. The apartment was nice and clean, and the location is great. The bed and pillows were not our preference. The bed was a full foam mattress and felt hard, especially if you are not used to a bed-in-a-box mattress. Also, there is no TV in the bedroom. Everything else was great.
