The staff was horrible aggressive and very hostile not supportive at all and even called the authorities on me. As a friendly customer the experience left me feeling awful and will never reserve or book with Howard Johnson ever and will recommend anyone to reconsider a stay with them.. I highly suggest they train staff to improve the service and transaction to customer satisfaction

The blow dryer didn't work , the one bed had mascara stains on the sheets I had one clean towel to use that was not dirty along with being folded up . I had a small single serve coffee maker in the room but no coffee I asked and was told no we don't supply coffee! It was very dirty I cleaned around and made it work but so happy to check out and be on my way! Never again Howard Johnsons you didn't even try to make things right!

The included breakfast was a granola bar and coffee. The room was slapped together by a person with no contruction skills. Maintenance and cleaning of interior of room is lax and exterior is even worse. The water temperature was all over the place either scalding or cold at the same level or only scalding or only cold at slightly higher or lower levels. Both with low pressure. Dirt and hair on bedding, other peoples trash next to bed. Holes in walls with no patch or with a bad patch and no paint. Paint that does not meet edges, Tiles that don't meet edges. Four inch high carpet as a boarder with unfinished frayed edges. Exposed metal spikes from metal drywall corner bead, Random white paint or plaster splotches on wall. Cut, burnt and discolored ironing board. Raw wood on bathroom sink cabinet. Multuple types and colors of caulk around tub that still have gaps with mold present. Heat lamp option was changed out with a standard bulb set. Missing towel rack and something else next to toilet roll holder. TV is dated and has a dark picture when connected to HDMI. Entry of room seems open enough to play VR, feels like it is missing a piece of furniture or two. Tv cabinet is swelling from age or water damage. My wife got shocked by the metal cover plate plugging in a usb adapter to the receptacle left of the tv. Reddish spatter on the walls in several locations not going to test it for blood. The flooring ourside is missing paint and concrete, the stonework has fallen off the wall

Got there, no one at desk for 10 minutes. Followed pre check in link - opted for king upgrade, got to check in and they didn’t get any upgrade request. Room needed to be swept. Roach in the bathroom. Shower handle was broken. Would come off in your hand. Bathroom door wouldn’t lock. Requested 2 queens be pushed together prior to arrival. Didn’t happen. Reservation said 3 guests, but only two towels in room. No ice bucket. No real blanket, just a light throw. The room was so noisy. Room 111. Planter outside door by the parking lot had a bottle full of pills in it. Sign said breakfast was til 10a went one morning between 930/945 and was all closed up. Other people in different rooms were complaining about roaches and bugs. Definitely will find another place next time we Visit!

The room was dirty, no coffee, no cups or extra trash bags. Towels were dirty. Toilet paper had been wet and put on the holder. Too much road noise, front desk clerk was not at the desk and I had to wait almost 20 minutes. Front desk clerk wasn’t very professional.

It was really a complete disappointment since we arrived the surroundings and entrance of the hotel were dirty and with dog waste when passing to the resection the person who attended us eating and serving us at the same time and with very bad desire, when giving us the room and entering it was horrible the dirty sheets, the tub, the floor the furniture, the sink was clogged, we returned with the lady and she told us that she would talk to someone to solve the problem which did not happen. Anyway, we decided to leave, we didn't even get to spend 1 hour, or lower the inconveniences but we lost the money FATAL😡 And not a few apologies for the bad Rato

The room was O.K. Glad we brought our own quilts. It was very cold & there were only thin covers on the bed, but the heater did work good. I don't like the $75.00 deposit on the room! They said it would be refunded in about 10 days. Nothing fancy, no blow dryer. If we get our deposit back I guess it was worth the money. Good location.
