We checked in and had 2 rooms both the non-smoking rooms had an overwhelming smoking smell. Both rooms were disgusting with a white powder on the floor. The bathrooms were clearly never cleaned. It looked like puke down the shower curtain and in the tub. There was a white powder on the floor. At that point we asked for a new room. As soon as we opened the door for the new room there was a cockroach on the floor. We said heck no we are out of here. The staff offered us a 3rd room but at that point we obviously knew what we were dealing with and said no we wouldn't be staying there. Also have to mention the men standing right outside the hotel looking for drugs as I was trying to hurry my kids up to get on the vehicle. Would never recommend this place.

Customer service was trash, booked a king, they gave me a double queen, im 6’4, they had king rooms with jacuzzi AVAILABLE & NOT BOOKED WELL INTO THE NIGHT, & decided that id have to oay more… to get the bed i booked for and was forced practically to take 2 small beds bc “2 queens is an upgrade because its 2 beds” , the front desk lady was rude and inconsiderate, they charge $$ for taking food to your room, charges $$ for checking out a minute late, they offer breakfast, only thing in there was a half workin pancake machine, the air did NOT WORK was just blowing hot air all night, didnt get compensated for ANY OF THIS, indef wouldnNOT bookmhere unless u just dnt care about yourself
