This was my first time staying at this hotel. Overall; it was okay. The beds are not that comfortable, mattresses feel like you’re rolling off. We stayed 3 nights and they never came to clean or check on our rooms to at least empty garbage or bring us fresh towels.

The room was clean, but no hand soap or lotion in dispensers. Room temperature was fine and controllable. There was a lack of security because the exterior door to the parking lot did not lock. Missed continental breakfast and still using Covid is a lame excuse in June 2025. The common areas show their age, but the room was updated.

We only stayed one night and we had 2 small dogs. The service was great with the 2 staff we met, and the rooms were very clean. No complaints at all. Do keep in mind that the breakfast, while sufficient (boiled eggs, pastries, toast, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea) it may not be good for picky eaters or someone who needs more choices. There are vending machines and ice on the first floor. There is a pool, though we didn't use it, people were using it. We would stay again. It was quiet and they had an area right off the back for dogs to relieve themselves which was super convenient!

Traverse City is a very expensive city to stay in, so this hotel is one of the lower priced options and the accommodations reflect that. The room was decently comfortable, and pretty clean. The soap dispenser was completely empty so we had to request a refill, and the coffee maker was missing the tray where you put the coffee pouch, but the staff was friendly and fixed both issues for us. TV was very complicated to navigate and wouldn't connect to network, and we also had trouble with the WIFI, but got it working on the second day of our trip. The location is easy to get to, but it's far enough from downtown that you need a vehicle to do anything. Overall, I would stay here again, simply because of the affordability.
