What a great bargain & a beautiful hotel! Everything was first class, tastefully decorated and very clean and well maintained. Staff recommended a great local eatery that was awesome! Recommended to all my snow bird friends traveling thru the area Paulette

It was as usual nice and clean. Its a quiet and relaxing stay everytime so far. The front desk lady was very pleasant to talk with. Overall one of the top choices in Columbus i believe.

It is a nice little place. A little dated but they are working to update and make the place nice. People are great! Only down fall are beds are a little on the firm side. But a great place.

We stayed here because the price was decent and the pictures looked good. But the rooms were not clean, we were there 3 nights and never got new sheets or towels, there were hairs on the beds, the bedding was stained, the list goes on. Spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere nicer.

I enjoyed my whole stay. The breakfast was very good except for the sausage gravy. The taste was okay but it was not properly thickened. The staff was very helpful.

The property was newly renovated. Everything was great. The breakfast area was not complete yet, so we just had a cold continental breakfast. The breakfast room will be completed soon, and I have high hopes for it.

We booked this room for the hot breakfast. Was told by front desk at check in that breakfast ended at 10:00. We went down at 9:30 and no breakfast. The different front desk person told us it actually ended at 9:00. Also the mattress was extra firm and hard so if that’s your kind of comfort it will be fine.

I think it is a good value for the money I paid. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The property is still being renovated so there are a few disadvantages--one being not enough electrical outlets.

A little concerned about some of the long term guests - seem like homeless folks (some with a little grungy appearance)! Never noticed this before in our stays here.

Front desk was most accommodating in relocating us to a different room which did not smell of dog😝 Numerous items required maintenance or replacement. Was told items were back ordered related to post pandemic shortages. It was obvious the property has gone thru significant updating, but more still needs to be completed. We’d stay here again, however.

Been here before and bed was great. This time bed was really hard so a little uncomfortable for me and someone else's sock was found and not a clean one so they didnt clean real well. Breakfast was not updated for people like me that eat later, all cold and well mainly gross. Not sure I'll stay again to be honest. Nice staff though and helpful if u need anything.

Needs some updating

Ok so first things first. If you are looking for a hotel that isnt dirty and has a good comfy bed this is your hotel! But 8n the bathroom you could see that the room above me had water problems at some point. The frame for the drop ceiling was rustyabovw the toilet and shower. And the tiles in both spots had water damage. Now i couldnt tell if there was still a leak or not. But if there wasnt still a leak i dont i understand why the tiles werent replaced. They are the most basic design tiles you can use so its not like they couldnt find tiles to match it. And the bathroom door trim also had rust on it. Other than that if you are planning on spending much time in your room then id go somewhere else the tvs are the smallest ive ever experiencec and they arent smart tvs. But if you are jyst trying to get some sleep and hit the road again then you will be fine! Also the breakfast sucked but thats to be expected!
