The hotel was closed for business, shut, no longer trading !!! I will be raising a complaint when I arrive back in the UK on 20th November.
I will be requesting a full refund and a gesture of goodwill from yourselves.
It was very inconvenient, but luckily I was able to find another hotel for the night.
I just want to confirm that it is/was the correct hotel. The address on my booking confirmation and your website is the same address on google maps. I hope this review is sent to a department that can investigate my complaint and dissatisfaction.
