An 1827 home lovingly restored to a luxury hotel. It's amazing. Photographs throughout the hotel showing the before and during restoration. Very cool. The staff can't do enough for you. Excellent facility with a 2 star Michelin Chef. Dinner at the hotel restaurant is a must. Reservations strongly recommended. The hotel still has the Conquistador Palace name locally. The pool and patio area is a great way to finish the day. The location is also perfect. Close to everything. The best way to see the town is get a ride to the top of the hill and then walk down weaving your way through the streets in town. There are good restaurants all over. This hotel is exceptional. Highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful and truly reflects the style of a palace, with very high ceilings, grand double doors to the suites and very high quality decor. The real gem at this hotel though is the service. The welcome begins from the moment you pull up outside. Everyone was warm and engaging, which really makes it feel special at this hotel
