I am an avid Hampton inn client so I try to book in one whenever I can. This hotel is brand new and has a lot of potential. Unfortunately house keeping needs to be elevated as the room and my colleagues rooms were dirty. Bedroom 221 needs a new bed frame as it is falling apart. Hair in the tiles and dirty carpet. If this doesn’t get addressed, this hotel will be completely dirty in few years.

We were in the pool and there were no towels so we called the front desk and were no towels. So I said are we suppose to drip all the way to our rooms? 20 or so min later someone came in with 6 towels when there was 10 in the pool and started this is all we have. You pool is open 10 pm nightly why wouldn’t you have sufficient towels when you have a full hotel ?

It was very enjoyable, room was clean and comfy beds but the barn door styling for the bathroom door wasnt good. It stuck and it was difficult to get out of. Did mention before we left. The pool was bathwater and well chlorinated. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety for all food allergies

I understand that the weekend we stayed a snowstorm had happened but that doesn’t excuse the fact that the hotel was over taken by kids hockey teams and drunken parents that let the kids run wild . Front desk had no control over anything that was happening. Food ran out for breakfast and while staff were present garbages overflowed onto the ground without anyone seeming to care . Garbage left all over tables at all times and drunken parents partying in the lobby with no mind to other guests. Again front desk did nothing.Kids running up and down the halls playing hockey constantly and also playing with the elevators again while the front desk did nothing . Second stay at this location and it will be my last ! Such a terrible experience.

The staff were great. The pool had a layer of grime around it. The rooms are not the cleanest I’ve seen. Dirt collecting in corners, the inside of garbages had garbage in them if you took out the bag.
