I tried to book near Intramurous. This hotel showed up on the map as being close so I picked it. It was not near, it was in BGC, 14KM AWAY.

Incorrect map location advertised.

This hotel advertised the wrong map location on hotels.com. Unfortunately I only learned of this once I landed in Manila and sought directions to the hotel. It was not located in the desirable neighborhood I was seeking, and therefore did not stay. The hotel did not approve a refund for their false advertising.

It is not the cleanest property by normal western standards. But it's only a bit scuffed, not really dirty. The manager is a wonderful, warm-hearted person and all employees do their best to help at all hours of day and night if you have a problem. Careful if you want to take a taxi to the hotel: It lies in a number of one-way streets. Best take the taxi to the main road and take a trike from there. I'll be there again next time I come to Manila.

I booked the room on Expedia, the hotel called and told me they cancel the reservation. Then I got an email. They don’t accept prepaid reservations and said they contacted Expedia already. One day later, the booking is still active on Expedia and I have to chase up Expedia to get my refund. Extremely unprofessional.

I recommend this hotel.

This was actually a pretty good hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with everything we asked. The room was fairly comfortable and the price was good. There was also an eatery down the street with very affordable food. The only thing that I didn’t like is they charge an extra 500 pesos if you check-in before 2 PM. An early check-in fee. Otherwise it was great. I stayed in Manila for about a week. You’ll get a decent place to stay without going bankrupt.

Staff so nice / friendly But he gave me just only 2 bottles of water per visit (I stayed 3 days). While the other international hotels gave me 2 bottles per night.
