The hotel location is not that convenient and only limited choice of restaurants nearby. I stayed on 1/F facing the street, it was quite noisy at night even all the windows and curtains are closed. The room condition is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good.

No front desk - slow service

Had booked a room for 3 people, only to find upon arrival that there was bed linen and towels for only 2. (So missing for 1 person) As the hotel has no front desk, I had to call. First spoke with a lady, later a man. They were very friendly, but it took 4,5 hour for them to get the bedlinen sorted. The room is nice, but be aware that the shower has a see through glass door. For family it's probably ok, but for friends travelling together this might be an issue.

They don’t have anyone to do check in at any hour. They don’t have a garage that they say they have It’s impossible to stop in front of the hotel to leave a luggage, so you have to carry in the car, find a garage and come back. Sometimes in the rain. But the worst part is you can’t ask anyone. I enjoy people

It is an excellent hotel, however, please note that it is missing some of the staffing and attendance you would see at a bigger hotel. But if you live without 24hr concierge, and other things like a more spacious storage and ability to do some small laundry or ironing, this is really a great spot. Easily walkable to the centre of Salzburg ina great neighbourhood.

Gläser / Tassen wurden nie abgewaschen! Keine Ablagen für Kleider, Garderobe schwache Kleiderbügel und defekte! Frühstück ! 2 x mussten wir Auswärts ! angeblich Personalmangel! Und die ganze Woche immer das gleiche Frühstück keine Abwechslung , für diesen Preis! Niemand ist zuständig warum ? es ist niemand vor Ort !! Ansonsten ist Salzburg schön!!

Everything you could ask for from a hotel

We loved staying in this hotel. It was just close enough to the city centre. The quality of the breakfast was excellent!!! Unfortunately, we left an electrical item in the room. As soon as we realised we contacted the hotel and arranged for the item to be sent to our home address. They were so helpful and understanding and because of this I would most certainly return to this hotel again

Prima hotel om Salzburg te bezoeken, fantasievol ingericht. Hotel zonder receptie, met code toegang verkregen. Fijne kamer en bed, prima douche. Goed ontbijt. Parkeren in nabijgelegen garage tegen betaling, helaas wel lopen met koffers in de hand.
