Our 3rd stay at the apartment complex which we like. This time we had the breakfast. The downside was that the room where it was served was too small and cluttered. The solarium is a wasted space without sunbeds

Looks good, but that’s it

Beautiful building but that’s it.. check-in really late compared to other hotels (5PM when other check us in at 2-3PM) and for what? We had to make our own beds, towels were ripped, soap was empty, no water bottles and still an early check-out at 10AM with a threat of being charged an extra night if you’re late — don’t forget to take out the garbage and remake the bed too. Oh and there’s no AC and do not even bother asking for a fan, they’ll tell you it’s mentioned on the reservation that they don’t have a cooling system. And on top of all that, it’s not the cheapest hotel, I was expecting more.

Property is ok, not having Air Conditioning was expected, poor ventilation and no fans was not. Buildings not designed to endure temps close to 40 yet was over. Would make me think twice about booking there again in July-August.

Bon emplacement à l'extérieur du centre-ville de biarritz. Appartement pour 6 personnes spacieux. Propreté intérieure satisfaisante, par contre terrasse extérieure non nettoyée avec des cendres au sol. Également, pas de couette pour le canapé lit qui absorbe en plus le froid du sol à cause de pieds en métal. Enfin, douche quasi impossible à cause de variation de température très importante. Un mitigeur thermostatique ne coûte pzs très cher pour résoudre ce problème qui semble présent dans d'autres appartements.

Bad bed, no A/C, mediocre service

Do not stay there. The room offers a ridiculous, extremely uncomfortable sofa bed. The sheets were not even set. The room has no A/C. We asked for a portable fan - they said they would put it in a room but didn’t do it. Finally the attention at reception was Rudd overall. It seems like they didn’t care.

De kamer die wij geboekt hadden is eigenlijk maar voor twee personen Er stond een stapelbed en een bed bank die we niet konden opklappen en het was ook nog eens een enorm slechte kwaliteit bed Terras aan de buitenkant was een glazen kooi. Als het beter beschreven zou staan zouden we dit zeker niet geboekt hebben De rest was redelijk schoon en het personeel was aardig

L’emplacement et l’état général de l’établissement est correct, p/ contre nous avons eu un insecte qui ressemblait à une punaise et la réaction du personnel a été surprenament déconcertante, finalement ils nous ont proposé une autre chambre. Le séjour s’est bien passé sauf l’accueil du personnel à la réception. À notre arrivée les 3 personnes étaient entrain de faire leur comptes et la réception était « accessoire ».

Ingen air-con, måste fråga om fläkt, smutsigt i rummet, kräver att man ska göra rent annars tar de din depositionsavgift, men de har själva inte gjort rent. Dammigt under sängarna, smutsig bestick, hår överallt, brödsmulor i sängen, ingen toalettpapper i toaletterna bredvid restaurangen, vid utomhus - och inomhus poolen och har inte gjort rent terrasserna efter fågelskit. Och dålig kundservice. De är inte tillmötesgående. Mycket folk i frukosten. Slut på koppar, muggar, ägg, yoghurt.... de enda bra var poolerna. Boka något annat renare hotel.

Het was er schoon en alles was wel aanwezig. De ligging was prima. De aankleding van de studio wat sober. Tegen betaling was er een parking, een wasserette en mogelijkheid tot verschonen van handdoeken. De wellness binnen was een fijne toevoeging. Wel vrij klein dus verwacht evt drukte in vakantieperiodes.
