Nice hotel

The Hotel is nice. It’s about an hour out of Madrid, which wasn’t that bad because you could just take the bus to and from. the rooms were great. It was a little loud sometimes so that and there’s nobody there to control that. They have a virtual front desk and that AI is the only thing that speaks English all the people there. Speak Spanish only no English. So that was I want to say that’s a downside but on the hole it was a nice hotel.

The check in process was difficult. I chose this hotel because it said you could check in any time in the evening. When I arrived the door was locked. There was an intercom but after 10 minutes of trying there was no answer. I only managed to get in when another guest entered the hotel. Inside there is a kiosk which is used to get the room access code and the main door code. Aside from this the hotel is nice and clean.

El hotel está limpio y cuidado, la habitación es cómoda, hay un ruido continuo de fondo que no te impide dormir, pero se oye. Lo que menos me gustó es que no tiene personal, es todo con cámaras a través de un callcenter.

Limpieza correcta, la calefacción funcionaba muy bien y se calentaba la habitación muy rápida. La TV bien también. La ubicación muy bien respecto a lo que buscábamos entre Toledo y Madrid y bien de precio para ser semana santa. Lo único que eché en falta fue que avisasen que el check in se hace en remoto y que no hay nadie para recibirte. En cuanto a los servicios, tiene cafetería muy chula que da acceso al hotel aunque creo que no es del hotel. Lo único que hubo días que cerraba por la noche y no hay gran cosa alrededor del hotel.

Absence totale de personnel. Réception par caméra. Obligé de changer de chambre car hyper bruyant en raison de la machinerie de climatisation. Lors du départ toujours pas de personnel donc pas possible de payer. J'attend donc le prélèvement sur mon compte ou au moins un signe de vie de leur part et cela 9 jours après avoir quitté l'hôtel. El método de pago rechazó 3 tarjetas de crédito válidas. Si no es posible el pago con tarjeta de crédito, el Hotel no debería rechazar el pago en efectivo, como hemos solicitado. Nos tomó 62 minutos hacer el check in. Este es el único punto que merece una calificación muy negativa.

No volveremos.

Lo bueno, el hotel está nuevo. Lo malo, para mi, no hay nadie, pero nadie literalmente, que atienda personalmente en el establecimiento. Todo funciona con llamadas y códigos. La habitación es correcta, sin más. El baño estaría bien de no ser porque la bañera es una pista de patinaje, sin antideslizante en suelo, y sin ningún sitio donde cogerse, un peligro. No volveremos.
