Amazing hotel

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are spacious and beautiful. The pool was the best part of our stay. The have a small cenote but water was a bit cold. Breakfast was very good. I will recommend this place to anyone.

What a wonderful hotel, we had one of our most pleasant stays here during our trip throughout Mexico. It’s a beautiful, peaceful, and tranquil place. The staff is friendly and attentive. The room was great with comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was more than enough for us. Highly recommended to stay here for a couple of days to unwind.

An amazing experience

A wonderful hacienda stay on a large harmonious garden with an inviting warm water pool, the restaurant is on a big open area that blends with the green tropical forest, all the staff are very nice and attentive to the guests. Just limited on shower towels and a minor water leak on the bathroom but overall I highly recommended it.

A place with huge potential not properly exploited. The food is average at best and given the fact that you are in the middle of nowhere, you are stuck with it. The best is tranquility and peace, great pool and awesome cenote inside with a waterfall. I spent a great time with my 3yo. You are nearby Kabah and beautiful places for hiking if you don’t mind the extreme heat.

Hotel is nice but not a real hacienda. The cenote is so small. Dinner was a terrible experience, they don't serve you what it say in the menu, portions are really small. Inirdered shrimp and they were raw, sent it back to the kitchen twice . There are nonother options to eat. Hotel is not close to town. Breakfast was OK. Overall experiece was really bad for the price if this hitel

Small “hacienda” in good location for puuc route exploration. Do not confuse with traditional luxury haciendas that were actual working farm fiefdoms! You get the basic necessities. Only had 2 pillows on a king size bed, furniture was nice but room was sparsely decorated. We did not have the down comforter, only a sheet on the bed and extra blanket in closet. Peaceful and quiet, beautiful pool and gardens. Friendly employees, air dried towels, blackout curtains, good food at the hotel restaurant and prices too. Eat under a nice big palapa. I had a great massage by Arley. Would have given higher score if it had a few more amenities like artwork, washcloths….it is designed to look like a hacienda but needs to evolve with a few niceties. Good potential, and good stay for Ticul area overall!

Mooie kamer, ruim en schoon. Fijne bedden. Aardig personeel..Heerlijk ontbijt.. Goed avondeten voor redelijke prijs. Fijn zwembad. Je kon in de kamer nog een hangmat ophangen. Punten belangrijk bij boeken.. De luxe kamer (met bad) heeft geen koelkast.Wij hadden er echt 1 nodig, en gelukkig met het hotel kunnen regelen. Prijs klopte niet. Volgens hotels. com is munteenheid hotel Amerikaanse dollar. Was echter ( logisch) pesos. Afschrijving in euro van creditcard was echter ruim meer dan gepland. Oorzaak was een dramatische wisselkoers die ze gebruiken voor de dollar....Dit allebei gemeld bij hotels.com en bij het hotel. Hotel erg gericht op gasten met auto, maar het is goed te doen met bus. Taxiprijzen voor bezoek bijv Uxmal in dorp regelen! Dgar was een betrouwbare taxichauffeur! Prprijs (

Attention! Le lieu est très joli, piscine, très agréable, jardin très bien entretenu. En revanche, nous avons eu un souci avec notre réservation. Nous avons réservé une chambre de 45 m² pour deux adultes et deux enfants, en arrivant, nous nous retrouvons dans une chambre d’à peine 20 m². Je m’en rends compte donc j’en fais part aux personnels, ils n’ont rien voulu savoir, ils n’avait plus ces grandes chambres… Nous avons donc accepté, mais j’ai choisi ce lieu pour la taille de la chambre car voyageant depuis un moment, nous avions besoin d’espace. Donc grosse déception… Et concernant le restaurant sur place, c’est très très long, et ce n’est pas de très grande qualité.
