Lighting switches in bathroom and towel hangers we broken, pulled out of wall. Bathroom sink faucet had some type of soap scum on it. Rooms are not insulated well, could hear the people in the next room talking an walking around all night. Not worth the price of the room. Would not stay here again.

Everything was great! There are 2 things that would greatly improve The Franklin Hitel experience.The front door was broken and you could not enter through it. Side door code was used. Second, there should be flatware in the kitchen as many guests heat food in the microwave. Many thanks for a most enjoyable stay!

Beautiful property in the scenic Edgartown. Very attentive staff. On-site parking was great and conveniently located in walkable distance to the ceter of town and the local Stop n Shop.
