Our room was spacious, clean kitchen, clean bathroom, and a comfortable bed. I would stay again if I was given a room with newer and clean carpet.

We brought our son and his girlfriend to see the Smokies, so we had two rooms. It seems like a brand new hotel, so everything looked clean and new. They were able to get us on the same floor, which made it easier to share a luggage cart. The room was nice, the bed, comfortable. We went to breakfast at 9 am and it was served from 6:30 to 9:30 am, so it was crowded, but the flow to get food was good and there was enough seating. Very clean check in and check out were easy
