Only one negative detail: the only electrical outlet next to the bed had a bad connection; the charger didn't fit properly. Avoid if you are a family booking

Booked pretty last minute so many hotel prices escalated out of budget and had to settle for this hotel. Staff are pretty good but the hotel gave a slightly dilapidated feeling. Hallways and carpets looked poorly maintained, small insects (like fruitflies) were in our room kitchennette. The AC was not working and it was blue skies, high humidity 35 degree plus days outside. Our one year old baby suffered and struggled and did not sleep. I think we survived two days out of despearation and had we had the opportunity, we would have left much earlier.

Terrible and the hotel is a Scam

The hotel is nice but really far from the centre of city. However, this was not the issue. I stayed for a week, we were in 3 people. I asked them to clean the room mid term and they refused because I was staying for 5 days only and they clean it after 8 days, which is absurd and it is totally a SCAM because after I checked out, without any warning, they charged me 70 euros saying the room was dirty so I had to pay another fee. Of course the room was dirty, they only clean it after EIGHT days, I had to collect the trash myself with a bag that I got from the supermarket because even that, they could not do. I will sue this hotel because this is an absurd! They refuse to clean it and then charge you for it. They DO NOT offer room service as advised, please get away from this one!

La chambre était propre. Nous étions 2 personnes, mais en arrivant je n'ai vu que des serviettes pour 1 personne, c'est pour cela que je suis descendu à la réception pour en demander d'autres. La personne à la réception m'a dit qu'un autre jeu de serviettes se trouvait sous le lavabo. En arrivant dans la chambre j'ai trouvé en effet les serviettes mais quand je les ai utilisées après une douche j'ai constaté qu'elles ne sentaient pas très bon (odeur d'huile froide). Après observation de l'armoire sous le lavabo, j'ai vu qu'il y avait une fuite et qu'il y avait de l'eau...qui avait touché les serviettes et le sèche-cheveux (cela peut s'avérer dangereux quand on le branche si l'on ne fait pas attention à leau).

Métro a quelques mètres pour aller à la tour Eiffel, possibilité d'aller à Bercy à pied pour un concert et au pied de la Foire du Trône, c'était parfait. La proximité du périphérique ne nous a pas du tout empêché de dormir car c'est bien insonorisé. Nous reviendrons sûrement pour notre prochain weekend parisien.
