A porta do quarto não trancava ao sair do quarto. Precisei deixar a porta aberta com minhas coisas lá dentro. Solicitei que consertassem enquanto tomava café, que não foi atendido, ao sair solicitei novamente pois não havia segurança nenhuma em deixar meus pertences lá com a porta aberta. O funcionário disse que haviam câmeras no local e que eu o estava ameaçando, sendo que estava apenas exigindo o mínimo que um hotel deve oferecer que é poder trancar a porta do quarto. Péssima experiência.

O banheiro do quarto na estava adequado. O box não fechava e vazava o tempo todo. Tivemos que tomar banho pela ducha que molhava menos do lado de fora. O ralo parecia que estava entupido, então tivemos que parar várias vezes o banho pra ver se escoava. Mesma coisa a pia do banheiro. Na última noite não conseguimos dormi por coceira da cama. Acredito que eram ácaros e tivemos que tomar banho de permetrina. Quarto muito pequeno. No café da manhã, o iogurte era de pessima qualidade. Serviam “chá-fé” em pleno Brasil. Foi o pior hotel nos meus 20 dias de viagem. Ficamos apenas 3 dias.

Excelente estadia! Café da manhã bem completo, tudo bem fresquinho, sempre sendo reposto, pela cozinha. Quarto limpo todos os dias. Foram dias muito quentes então o ar condicionado estava ótimo, durante a noite programava e ficava bem silencioso. Chuveiro ótimo, com bastante pressao, não demorava a esquentar. O que mais facilitou foi o chuveirinho dentro do box, pra lavar as coisas da praia com facilidade. Piscina bem limpinha e no tamanho adequado, com visão linda da cidade. Por mais que o hotel estivesse lotado, tudo que vi estava bem organizado e elevadores davam conta muito bem, sem demora. Equipe simpática e prestativa. Localização perfeita, perto de mercado, restaurante, farmácia. Tem parada de ônibus próxima também, caso queira usar o onibus gratuito de Camboriú. Enfim, estadia notal 10!
