Outdated Facilities and No Escaping Loud Guests

The photos did not match the conditions of the room. The facilities were very much outdated. To make matters worse, the room was directly in front of the balcony that oversees the ocean so groups of people would camp out to play music until really late at night. It was so loud and disruptive. Honestly, I never leave reviews but I definitely don’t recommend this place and won’t be back.

Awesome views and pleasent staff! Would visit again and highly reccommend! The attached restaurants make dining oit a breeze and is a short walk to Playa Jobo.

They definitely need some help with shower curtains a table. Basic furniture no small refrigerator to keep your to keep. Your drinks cold or your food. Everything needs to be purchased from the outside. cannot bring anything with you.

We arrived late due to a flight delay and made sure to apologize upon check-in. Initially, the staff was very welcoming and graceful, which we appreciated. However, the experience changed when we requested a room change because there was standing water by the door, causing an unpleasant mildew smell. The room itself was underwhelming—there were no closets, just a small rack with four hangers, and no dresser or place to properly unpack our luggage for a week-long stay. This made it difficult to settle in and feel comfortable. Unfortunately, the manager was not accommodating regarding these issues. On the positive side, the cleaning staff was excellent—friendly, thorough, and consistent—even though we made an effort to clean up after ourselves. The view from the inn was beautiful, but the beach area was disappointing. It seemed poorly maintained, with dying trees and noticeable debris, which detracted from the overall ambiance. Sadly, despite some positives, we would not recommend Bella Surf Inn based on our experience.
