Perfect hotel for a short stay, the room had all the conveniences. A very nice lad checked me in, but he was swamped, a bit of a wait. Great location. Plain decor, but I didn’t mind that. Fantastic breakfast. Great value.

Great hotel in a great location! The only downside was that it’s incredibly loud in the mornings when staying in the rooms that are facing the Central Station. If possible choose a lakeside room.

Don’t pay for extra space..

Exceptionally bad room. The “extra” space as offered was a completely useless corner, that looked into a Wall. The additional increase of rate for this large room was a rip off. Stayed at this Hotel many times- this was the worse. I am considering another hotel- this was disrespectful to their guests.

Skimmelsvamp i vinduerne, beskidt og uhumsk

Super rart personale i lobby og check-in. Meget imødekommende og venlige. Men hygiejnen hele vejen igennem hotellet er skrækkelig, værelset lignede noget der ikke havde gjort rent i måneder, og selvom jeg bad om rengøring, kunne de ikke finde ud af det, sengen blev redt og de kom blåt væske i toilettet. Buffet er jo altid en udfordring, men at personalet står og retter maden med fingrene er jo tydeligt bevis på de ikke er trænet velbekomme siger jeg, og de tallerkener der skal forestille og være var møgbeskidte, sikkert fordi de ikke kan finde ud af og betjene opvaskeren. Billederne viser tydeligt at det er sundhedsskadeligt og overnatte der.
