Luckily we got an upgrade and the room was spacious and very clean. The pool area was too small to enjoy and not very appealing. The dining area and outdoor seating is in the basement and dark, better in the evenings. We stayed 4 nights and didn’t have breakfast because it was €25 each in a dark dining room, only looked attractive at night. Yellow plastic Wet Floor caution signs were everywhere all the time we were there, Health&Safety gone to another level, they looked dreadful. Great location for the centre but the hotel does not look very attractive from outside due to the building work in process next door. Overall this is a great hotel for location and cleanliness sadly we were not over impressed by the reception staff.

Very clean good location high end appliances and bedding. Great Jazz music night and old school 50 and 60 music. Many many coffee table books of all varieties and preferences. Staff very nice and spoke without fake concern really helpful. Great breakfast. Would stay again.

Dinner service - ordered drinks with dinner, they never came. Finished our food and asked for the check. Drinks were included in the bill even though they were never made. The hotel gives free drink cards at check in. We let the waiter know we had them - maybe there was confusion about how to submit them in the system. Just kind of annoying.

The property is at a very good central location. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. I especially liked the bathroom and its large walk-in shower. However it had zero outlook or sunshine as its big bay windows overlooked a small internal courtyard and other rooms across.

Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal

Personal super freundlich. Zimmer nicht sonderlich gross aber hübsch und zweckmässig für einen Städtetrip. Personal beim Frühstück super nett und aufmerksam. Schönes Buffet, welches aufmerksam aufgefüllt wird. Am Abreisetag, wir waren nur 3 Nächte dort, hat uns das Personal beim Frühstück noch ein paar Desserts eingepackt mit einem lieben Gruss auf der Verpackung mitgegeben und sich für den Aufenthalt bedankt. Da würden wir wieder hingehen
