Room was freshly painted,clean with full size fridge and microwave and Roku tv service. Staff was friendly, helpful and place was quiet and safe. Not a new or fancy place, but a wonderful and affordable place to stay ,thats obviously being worked on to be a wonderful place. I am very happy with our choice to stay there and feel the price was also very affordable and helpful for people in town for an event. Will stay again next year, Thank You staff!

The staff was very nice and helpful. I felt immediately welcomed when I walked in and check in was a breeze. Also, the rooms were thoroughly cleaned and the bedding seemed to be brand new. So it kind of stinks that the hotel itself was so rough. The condition of the hotel is super rough. The doors have combination locks, which is convenient for entry, but there is not a deadbolt/chain/door stop on the inside. So you just kind of have to trust that it’s locked when you go to bed…which I wasn’t a big fan of. The door also sat a little wonky in the frame, so the gap beneath was pretty big. I came back to the room on my second night to 3 crickets hopping around, and they were really hard to see on the dark carpet There are other things about the room I could nitpick, but it’s St. Johns…I wasn’t expecting a 5 star stay. Honestly, if the door had an inside lock and could keep the crickets out, the rest of the stuff wouldn’t have mattered to me. But if you are picky AT ALL about your rooms…you will need to either brace yourself or find somewhere else to stay. Maybe request a second floor room?

Room was in poor condition and tv did not work properly. Manager moved me to another room but it was also in poor condition. Hotel grounds was very messy with stray cats and the smell of urine was everywhere.

The door didn’t latch or lock got three bites in the room was told there was coffee in room there was not curtains didn’t fit window correctly and the bright lights shined in the room all night making us unable to sleep because it was so bright no one in the office ever not even at check out upon arrival noticed a hole in the wall and no one to report it to
