Let’s itself down!

Stay here often for work due to proximity to the Airbus facility. Service is random, food can be random, price can be random and I’d rate the facilities poor due the broken air conditioning (+2 years), tvs are very small and linen / towels are average! Opening windows only lets in the mosquitoes which frequent the riverside location. Positives are the location for Airbus and the ferry port outside.

It is right on the Elbe River with easy cheap service to the Hamburg harbor and downtown area. The cruise and container ships pass your window and if you like to stay in your room you have a beautiful view of their comings and goings. The Rilano Hotel is my favorite of all Hamburg Hotels. The breakfast is sumptuous and the staff very friendly. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Leider war das Personal vor Ort nicht sehr freundlich und man hat mich auch sehr schwer verstanden. Das Personal vor Ort spricht nicht sehr gut Deutsch beim Empfang. Da ist eher ein spanischer Kollege vor Ort. Die Bilder sind irreführend. Wenn man vor Ort ist, muss man für die Sauna was zahlen. Das Essen war aber top, gerade das Rindersteak mit der Chimichurri Sauce.

Wir hatten 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind 12 Jahre einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Elaya Hotel. Ein tolles Zimmer mit Blick auf die Elbe und auf die Fähre, die dort alle 30 Minuten abfährt. Das Frühstück war richtig gut! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Personal war freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
