The apartment was truly great, very well equipped with everything you might need: plates, beach towels, air conditioning… it had it all! The only downside was that during my stay, garden maintenance caused grass debris to fall into the pool, which wasn’t cleaned afterwards. Nevertheless, my stay with Xeliter was perfect. I always felt safe, even while traveling alone. The Xeliter team, and especially Joan, played a key role in my experience: always available, he gave me valuable advice and excellent local recommendations. Also, if you want to go directly to the apartment, I highly recommend taking an Uber! Thanks to him, my stay was even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

This was my first time visiting Punta Cana & first time staying here. They made sure to keep me update to date on my stay & was there to help immediately for any services that were need to accommodate my stay. The property has a great security team so that you can enjoy your stay with no worries. My rental had a amazon view & access to two large pools & one with a swim up bar. I'll definitely stay there again.

The apartment I stayed in was beautiful and clean. I loved the pools in their design, length and the nature around. Mr Luis, the concierge, made my stay pleasant also. He was always available and helped resolve any issue/concern speedily. Simply a pleasure and I will return any time I get the chance. The residence is a little isolated so I would recommend renting a car to get around easily.

Great property! I didnt like they charge you $20 per day upon arrival which i didn't know until i got there. Plus, i receive a text yesterday from someone there asking me what happen to one of the knives there and why they found it broken. They asked me to pay to replace which I thought was odd!!

Katherine was so nice and helpful since the entry to area was not so nicely, guard at the hotel entry should be respectful and clients oriented, my suggestion is to have a scan system to confirm the reservation so it will be faster and accurate. Please bring toothpaste and soap. They don’t clean the property unless you leave. You have go pay $20 a day for light and $30 for cleaning which is when u leaving. Limited amount of tissue. No extra garbage bin
