I stayed here several times. Budget friendly like all hotels some things could be improved. I had paid for a stay and my husband unexpectedly passed away so I had to leave. Apparently not even with sudden death can I be reimbursed for my reservation. Disappointed business at Comfort Inn was conducted on someone else’s loss.

Breakfast food was horrible and stale. Sink was backed up and wouldn’t drain—we fixed it ourselves—it was gross. Walls are scratched up need to be painted/covered. Shower made a loud screeching sound while on. Snack machines were empty and soda machine was out of order. The common areas and hallways had an offensive perfume odor that made it difficult to breathe. Not what was expected for almost $200/night.

Completely run down. Looks like unhoused people are living here. Smoking out front area is covered in cigarette butts. People screaming and yelling arguments at 5am. Towels, sheets bedding is stained. And they canceled my room with an email. I was told to contact the manager by email but he never returned contact. I ended up splitting a room with a friend. And still staying at this crap hole. Freezer in mini fridge is completely closed with ice. Blinds broken. Gross breakfast. Don’t stay here!
