From the moment we walked in, we knew we would be back! What a wonderful staff, dining area, lobby, open areas and rooms. Everything was so clean and accessible. The beds and comforters were so comfortable and clean. Bathroom was actually really fun to use, we loved the rain shower head and ease of use to switch between three modes. Smoke closet space, nice sized tv and good space in the room. Very close to all transport options allowed us to get anywhere within 30 minutes. The area around is more residential and quiet and semi clean. Can't blame the hotel for Paris' homeless bum drug addicts. It steams me to see grown men begging out front. They can simply get a job. Maybe door security might enhance feeling safe at night considering the door is locked and these people really do "bum" rush you for money or smokes. Other than that this location was amazing. Keep up the Star service and superior attitude! Your hotel was amazing!

Mercure paris Tivemos uma péssima experiência com esse hotel. Fizemos reservas separadas para nossa família (dois quartos) quando ao Chegarmos no hotel em Paris por volta das 23h, fomos surpreendidos que eles não tinham um dos quartos que reservamos disponível , e colocaram nós separados em outro hotel, da mesma rede, e mais longe. Após 2 horas de tentativas de contato com o hoteis.com e com o recepcionista, colocaram nós (os dois quartos) no hotel mercure port de orleans, 10 minutos mais longe do Alesia, dizendo que podíamos ir até mesmo apé (1h da manhã) pasmem. Tivemos que pagar o uber para ir até o outro hotel. A localização do Alesia já é totalmente fora dos pontos turísticos, e reservamos o hotel justamente por estar localizado próximo a estação de metro. O hotel disponível que colocaram nós, não tinha estação próxima, ficamos em um bairro totalmente distante e sem nada aos arredores, nem farmacia, nem mercado. Nossa estadia foi péssima, não recomendo este hotel. Ainda mais, o quarto cheirava a esgoto, entre 8/9 horas da manhã, e teve uma noite que eram 2 horas da manhã o cheiro exalava por tudo! Pessimo!

Good- Very clean, coffee machine, comfy bed, very close to metro. Bad- Some of the staff not very polite, got given a twin room when I'd paid for a double (just because I'm travelling solo doesn't mean I should have to sleep in a small bed!), temperature of the water- really don''t know why there's a bath, the water is lukewarm so by the time a bath is run, the water is almost cold, had to have a shower so there was a constant flow of water that didn't go cold

Nous avons été très déçue de notre expérience dans cet hôtel : chambre mal insonorisée à côté des cuisines, odeur horrible de saucisses fumées grillées dans la chambre et la salle de bain des 7 heures, les joints de la salle de bains tout jaunis, le miroirs de la salle de bain cassé, téléviseur qui bug et qui s'allume tout seul dans la nuit, moquette tachée, quand on demande des oreillers supplémentaires le personnel dit je cite "ne sait pas où c'est" ....bref on ne reviendra pas. La literie reste cependant confortable et les transports en commun nombreux
