Extremely professional staff. The first room I was assigned smelled of mold, but the staff immediately reassigned us to a clean and nicely-furnished room. That room was very well-designed, with outlets and switches exactly where they were needed and a nice bathroom. Very nice and helpful staff, especially at the reception and during breakfast. Fantastic breakfast with a great choice and excellent quality. Drinks (coffee, juice, water, etc.) are served at the table or available for self-service. Omelettes and pancakes can be ordered at the counter and are freshly served at the table. The location is very good: close to the central station and right on the edge of the downtown area. The swimming pool and gym are also nice. There are separate male and female saunas (the male sauna was unfortunately out of order during our stay). Room for improvement: The room cleaning schedule extends quite late (until around 5 pm). During our 3-night stay, the room was never cleaned because when we returned in the afternoon to rest, it still hadn’t been serviced.

Out of all of the places I’ve traveled throughout the world I have to say this hotel is second to none. The staff members are very professional. they are also very kind and just great people. The rooms are very clean. The areas surrounding the hotel is thriving. The food is impeccable. There’s just so much I can say about this hotel, so consider yourself lucky if you can stay here because if I had it my way I would live here that’s how wonderful everything is

Our room overlooked the back of the hotel and was quiet. The room was well serviced everyday. The breakfast/brunch was delicious and had excellent variety - including waffles and pancakes. Very happy to have espresso in the room. The best eating and entertainment options as well as main Poznan sites are a short tram ride away. The tram stops right in front of the hotel. We had a car and found the lot behind the hotel more convenient than the underground parking at the Sheraton. Hotel parking spaces are pricey and very tight.
