This is the most amazing property we have stayed at, the staff was very nice and kind, my wife had a painful knee and they accommodated to us by upgrading us to a room in the first floor. Very clean, it reminded me of my grandmas old house.

What I didn’t like about the hotel was the noise, this is an area where there are bars that are close to the hotel. The hotel has no policy to enforce quietness and overall the hotel is outdated.

The rooms are very outdated. No refrigerator, ice nor long mirror. Restroom is tiny, very hard to even shower on a shower without a full door. You can hear everything that goes on in the room next to you therefore they are not soundproof as advertised. I would NOT recommend this hotel if you want a comfortable stay. The bed is stiff as a board..

Amazing historic building with all modern amenities including wifi and elevator. My room hade HUGE high ceilingz. In cenro historico stay in an historic hotel.

The parking structure they said was assigned to us does not open on Sundays. It almost made my family and I lose our flights, my parents had to spend an extra day in town until they can get their vehicle back. To top it off the beds were not comfy at all the pillows were hard and the blanket they provide smelled a little funky.
